When you submit a consultation application, we may collect contact details, student information, school or university, grade or year, subject, academic goals and challenges, lesson preferences, availability, referral source, and any additional information you choose to provide.

We use submitted information to deliver requested resources, respond to inquiries, review consultation applications, recommend suitable tutoring support, arrange next steps, maintain lead records, and operate and protect the website.

If you separately choose to receive study strategies and Altivate updates, we may use your email for those messages. Requesting the guide does not require marketing consent.

Altivate uses service providers to operate this website and its forms. These currently include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for lead storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery.

These providers process information on Altivate's behalf under their own security and privacy practices. Information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your province or country and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Altivate does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to the service providers needed to operate the website, when you direct us to do so, or when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed to discuss tutoring support.

You may ask questions about Altivate's privacy practices or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to applicable requirements and reasonable identity verification.

You can decline optional marketing messages when requesting the guide. Any future marketing email should also provide a way to unsubscribe.
